At Hello Rosedale Cafe, we believe the best moments happen over great coffee and good food.

Located in Albany, our café was created as a warm and welcoming space where locals, families, professionals, and visitors can relax, connect, and enjoy quality food and coffee.

Since 1997, Chiasso Coffee Roasters has been roasting exceptional coffee in Auckland.

Their family-run approach, dedication to quality, and focus on freshness align perfectly with our philosophy.

Every cup at Hello Rosedale Cafe is crafted using freshly roasted Chiasso beans, delivering rich flavour, balance, and consistency in every sip.

Chiasso Coffee Roasters is a family-owned business based in Devonport, Auckland. We've spent more than 25 years refining what it means to roast great coffee in New Zealand — and we're still at it.

We're not a big corporation. We're not chasing volume. We're here because we genuinely love great coffee and want more people in New Zealand to experience it.

Every bag that leaves our roastery is the product of all of our experience; freshly roasted and ready for you to enjoy.

It Starts here...

They meticulously source only the best green beans from the world's foremost coffee growing regions — nothing gets roasted here unless it earns its place.

Roast Perfection

From there, every batch is roasted on our custom-built roaster, handmade to our specifications in Ochiobello, Italy.

Nothing is rushed. We take as long as it takes to get every roast exactly right.

Certified Organic

Our Dolce and Pascolo blends are Biogro Organic Certified — the most recognised organic accreditation in New Zealand. Anyone can claim organic (and plenty do). We went and got certified to prove it.

Since 1997...

They've learned a lot. How different origins behave in the drum. How small adjustments in time and temperature shape what ends up in your cup. That knowledge comes from showing up every day and caring about the result.
